CVA stands were designed to meet the needs of tool shops, especially in mold construction.
The electro-welded steel structure is made of stamped steel sheet and rectangular drawn tube.
The thicknesses and profiles were designed to achieve maximum load capacity with minimum weight.
ROT-AID 300
The construction and features of ROT-AID 300 have been carefully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything has been designed and tested for safety and ease of use.
The parts can be loaded onto the Rot-aid 300 cradle from above or from the side using ropes, magnets, or hooks; or from the side using a forklift.
The special blade structure of the workpiece cradle allows it to accommodate even objects with protrusions. The blades of the piece-holder cradle can be moved in such a way as to make room for particular protrusions or the shape of the bodies to be rotated. A set of rigid rubber pads is supplied which can be mounted on the blades of the workpiece cradle to avoid damaging the painted or polished surfaces of the bodies to be rotated.
